Class | 10-Week Spring Intro to Pottery-Making
In this creative and fun 10-week course, adult students learn all the basic skills of pottery making through hand-building, wheel-throwing, and a variety of decorating techniques. Spring classes will start during the week of April 20th. This class is designed for beginners, no prior experience with clay required.

Clay Night | March 26 + 27 Fish Chime
Starting with a study base, participants will learn to pinch pots, texture clay and attach clay pieces together to make the parts of a wind chime. Participants will learn to play with colour, carve with intention, and explore texture to make a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
Class | Introduction to Glaze Formulation
This class is designed for potters wanting to understand the basic theory of glaze chemistry as well as starting their journey in the wonderful world of glaze formulation and testing.
Clay Night | March 30 Coffee Pot & Pour-Over
In this Clay Night, participants will use pre-made slabs to assemble and texture a coffee pot and a pour-over. Pieces will be glazed in our Bunny White glaze and ready for pickup at the studio 3-4 weeks after the workshop.

In this 2-part Clay Night, participants will learn the rudiments of throwing at the pottery wheel and use the sgraffito technique to decorate.

In this 3-part Clay Night, artist Peter Purdy will introduce participants to the basic skills of sculpting clay. Peter is a multidisciplinary Anishnaabe artist who studied at the Ottawa School of Art in both fine art and traditional hand drawn animation and since been working within the arts throughout the Capital Region.
